Every Thanksgiving I like to spend my day in the kitchen with the turkey, ham, stuffing, potatoes, and rolls! This year I was given a chance to work with the most delicious ham! The Tender Filet sent me a Masterpiece Baked Ham to review and share with you!
Last year we had a ham from The Tender Filet, so this year it was no question as to where I'd be getting our holiday ham! As we tried the Honey Glazed Spiral Sliced Ham last year, I wanted to do something a little different. We chose the Masterpiece Baked Ham and trust me when I say, I was not disappointed!
When I opened my ham, I was taken aback by the sweet scent that popped right out of there! Sweet, yet a little smokey and all I could think about was getting that ham in the oven so I could eat it! As this ham is not pre-sliced and still has the bone in it, I was expecting full flavor! Full flavor is exactly what I got too! Fresh out of the oven and the ham said "hello" to me, just like this....
The meat was easy to cut and so tasty! I feel like I enjoyed this ham more than the ham last year and I didn't think that was possible as the Honey Glazed Spiral Ham was very good! Masterpiece Baked Ham might be the way to go for me though! A smokey yet sweet flavor! It rounded out my Thanksgiving Dinner perfectly.
