Another week has passed and I'm not ashamed of my results but I'm not too happy with them. One week until Valentine's Day, so its time to get refocused and take care of business!

I started lifting weights again this week as you see. My arms are just a little too much of a resemblance to a granny wave. I'm only 31 years old! That shouldn't be a worry of mine right now! I have young children, not grandchildren!!

You are way better than my when it comes to working out! I have ZERO workout methods right now and no motivation. :/ Keep up the great work!! I also love the BodyArmor drinks. They are so delicious that I drank all 6 in 2 days! haha...my kids yelled at me for not sharing.
