Fitness Friday (2/6)

Another week has passed and I'm not ashamed of my results but I'm not too happy with them.  One week until Valentine's Day, so its time to get refocused and take care of business!

Move My Body Results
Friday: 60 Minutes of Cardio (walking, pushing 70lbs of kid in stroller)
Saturday: REST
Sunday: 70 Minutes of Cardio (walking, pushing 70lbs of kid in stroller)
Monday: 56 Minutes of Cardio (walking, pushing 70lbs of kid in stroller)
Tuesday:  56 Minutes of Cardio (walking, pushing 70lbs of kid in stroller)
Wednesday: 26 Minutes of Cardio (treadmill) 30 Minutes of weight training
Thursday: REST

I started lifting weights again this week as you see.  My arms are just a little too much of a resemblance to a granny wave.   I'm only 31 years old!  That shouldn't be a worry of mine right now!  I have young children, not grandchildren!!


I get to walk with views like this in my city.  Such beauty and such peace!  Getting outside and moving is a treat, not too much of a fight!

Total Weight Lost: 47.6 lbs

I'm really not worried abut the lack of weight loss this week.  I've been having a week, if you ladies know what I mean.   Last night though I started to feel not so great and I'm pretty sure I'm getting a cold.  So, we'll see where that leads me this week.

I have a week to lose this last 3.8 pounds.  I've been dealing with these last pounds for what feels like a month.  Time to get serious and stick to the plan.  Water only, working out every day...  Getting my body back into shape.   I have been doing a review for a new SuperDrink.  They're quite delicious and shared quite a few pictures of them this week............

  1. You are way better than my when it comes to working out! I have ZERO workout methods right now and no motivation. :/ Keep up the great work!! I also love the BodyArmor drinks. They are so delicious that I drank all 6 in 2 days! haha...my kids yelled at me for not sharing.
