23 BLAST Movie Review and Giveaway

Disclosure: I received one or more products in this post in exchange of an honest review. All opinions are my own.

Sweet Cheeks Adventures Review:  I really enjoyed this movie!  It brought me back to the fun I had rooting on the guys on the football field.  However we didn't have such a miracle story at my high school.  In 23 BLAST, Travis Freeman goes through an unthinkable experience.  Due to an illness, his sight is taken from him.  I could not imagine how he was feeling at any point in this movie.  I find it remarkable the things he overcame just to be himself!

I felt myself wanting to share this movie with my family.  My mother would have loved it and I know my brother would appreciate this story as a former high school football player.   While there are a few scenes with underage drinking, this movie is  Rated PG-13 and runs for 1h 42m.

As a typical teenager, Travis Freeman (Mark Hapka) is a local hero both on and off the high-school football field in his small Kentucky town, but in 1997, Travis contracts an infection that destroys his optic nerve and renders him blind overnight. With the loving help and concern of his parents, physical therapist, coach and best friend, Travis demonstrates what true bravery is: He continues to compete on the gridiron and helps his team advance to the state finals.
