Fitness Friday (6/6)

This week is one out of the ordinary.  My best friend and her daughter are here visiting, so we are doing a lot of touristy type of things.  Its been really great for my soul to have a close friend to visit.  

Move My Body Results
Friday: REST
Saturday:  played at the park and threw around a baseball with the Husband! 
Sunday:  at least 4 miles while walking around Washington DC!
Monday: 2.78 Miles
Tuesday:  REST
Wednesday: REST
Thursday: 2.98 Miles
Total for the week: 9.76 Miles!

Weigh-In Results
Beginning Weight: 283.4 lbs
Weight one week ago: 224.0 lbs
Weight today: 224.4 lbs
Weight Difference: +.4 lbs
Total Weight Lost: 59 lbs

Oh my gosh, I'm so tired of this up and down.  The doctor has put me on a new dosage for my Thyroid medication, so we'll see if it can help me out a tiny bit.    

Goals for the week:  
Track calories closely and be aware of what is going in my body.
Stay away from all food intolerances.
Stay away from SUGAR!!
Have only 2 rest days.

I have high hopes for next week to be better.
