  1. I have had fun taking my grandkids and some of my friends children and watching them have so much fun picking out their own stuffed toy to take, home. Such a great fun experience for all.

  16. Last year we took our daughter to Build a Bear for her first birthday, and held things up in front of her, to see which she reached for. That was how we built her birthday bear :) I am excited to take her this Summer for her 2nd birthday, and create a tradition.

  27. I took my daughter there for her 1st birthday 6 months ago for the first time. She has a huge collection of Hello Kitties so I tried to get her to pick anything but Hello Kitty but she just kept pointing at the violently pink Hello Kitty. Needless to say her collection got a little bigger that day lol. Her older sister put the heart in and made a wish for her 2 which was so adorable. :)

  29. We have had birthday parties at Build-a-Bear, we have made and dressed countless bears over the years. My son got into Batman Bear (just a brown bear dressed in a Batman costume) for the longest time when he was small. I can't even count how many of those cardboard carrys we have taken home over the years (we made one for birthdays every year and then bought lots of accessories for Christmas). Now my teen daughter really wants one for her 16th birthday!! :)
