Fitness Friday (4/11)

It's Friday again!  This week it looks like I only have a bit of frustrated-ness to report.  At this point I don't feel like my hard work is paying off.  I took measurements months ago.  I will be checking them this next week.  Something has got to give, right?

Friday: REST
Saturday: 2.70 miles
Sunday: 2.66 miles 
Monday:  REST
Tuesday:  REST
Wednesday: 3.69 miles
Thursday: 2.61 miles
Total for the week: 11.66  Miles!  

I ran about 5 miles less this week.  Monday and Tuesday were rainy and I was not able to get outside.  I'm starting to not enjoy those rainy days so much as my body needs the movement of running.  I'm to the point where I am craving it around 5:00 every night.  I'm not sure why, but I enjoy running in the evening.  I wonder how normal that is. 

Weight one week ago: 221.5 lbs
Weight today: 226.6
Weight Difference: +5.1 lbs

I don't have much beyond puzzlement as to what happened with the gain this week.  I have been lifting weights, so that may be part of it, but I am not going over my calories.  I am a little worried my thyroid dosage is off because I've been so tired.  I do have an appointment at the end of the month to get it tested.  

This week my goals are to only have 2 rest days and be accountable for everything I put in my mouth.  You can follow my diary on if you choose.  My username is ashj3nt.
