Watching my Weight with Ozeri -- Ozeri Review

You have seen my posts on Fitness Friday about my weekly struggles and victories with my weight loss.  Because of this journey I have set forth on, I was given the fabulous opportunity to work with Ozeri Precision.  Ozeri sent me their Digital Bathroom Scale to try our and share my opinions with you guys!

Ozeri is a specialty Manufacturer of digital lifestyle products for the modern home.  Ozeri began as a supplied to the destination club market. This market spans vacation residences in the destination club industry, fractional residences, timeshares, and condo hotel apartments.
The Ozeri brand is built on relationships formed by touch-points that countless guests have with our at vacation residences around the world.

The Ozeri Bathroom scale I received is a very nice, sleek looking scale!  It doesn't have the bells and whistles that my last scale did.  I prefer my new Ozeri scale to the last one though!  I didn't use the buttons to tell me what my water weight was or my body fat percentage, plus that scale was about 7 pounds over, no matter where you placed it on the floor.  I am moving up in the world!  Moving up with Ozeri!

The display is very easy to read.  It gives you clear numbers and the decimal shows in increments of .2 lbs.  I personally like this function because when a scale only reflects to the .5 lbs, I am left wondering if I actually lost.  A loss is a loss, right?

When you step on the scale and stabilize yourself, it only takes a matter of a few seconds for it to calculate your weight.  Each time you move the scale, it will calibrate itself though.  Be sure to read through the instructions to explain about keeping in one spot and discarding the first weight after a calibration.

As you can see Allyson has made friends with the scale.  If I weighed 42 pounds, I probably would enjoy it too.  My favorite part of this scale is that you can get on it, read your weight and get right off.  Its not one that you have to weight minutes for it to tell you that you gained a pound or two. Those minutes are enough to plan revenge on yourself, so its good the Ozeri scale has taken them away!

Check out Ozeri online and on social media to learn more.  They don't just do bathroom scales, so be sure to look them up!

  4. ha! if you were 42 lbs you'd have bigger issues :) But having smaller increments can be encouraging :0

  5. I have this same scale and I also love the fact that you can simply get on it and get off. Not all scales offer this feature.

  8. I definitely like the increments of .2 --can make you feel great if you have managed to lose that--and if you gained it--well-I would just tell myself it was water weight and keep on keeping on!

  9. I love their products, they are very durable or at least the kitchen scale we have is. It has been dropped a couple of times and is still working great. I need to get the bathroom scale next.

  12. Heck yes a loss is a loss. It drives me crazy when you have a scale that doesn't weigh correctly. This sounds like a great one.

  21. My last scale broke about a year ago and I have yet to replace it. It had all the bells and whistles and I agree with you that they're not really needed and just interfered with my ability to get to the number I was really waiting to see anyway--my weight.

  22. I think digital scales are more trust worthy than others, as gravity can affect your weight; ie, you weigh lighter on the 2nd floor than the 3rd. This looks like something to have at home.

  23. I have the same scale too! I love using it everyday.
