Fitness Friday (11/29)

Well, I made it through Thanksgiving, only eating pretty much a whole pumpkin pie.....  I decided that it was only 1 day and I was going to eat however I wanted.  I did make this pumpkin pie Gluten Free though, so there's a plus!

Last week I told you about some intimate things that I am struggling with.  I hoped to bring you positive results.  I can report that I am still at 220 pounds.  Not one pound gone, not one pound added.  This can be seen as positive or negative.  Considering I am just doing the bare minimum, I'd say its positive.  I need to get focused. I just can't seem to do it.

I have decided something though.  I am in search of a healthy detox cleanse.  I need to refocus my brain on putting only the healthy things my body wants in my mouth, and not the stuff like pumpkin pie!  If you know a good one, let me know!

Sorry, no photos this week.  I don't know what kind to share with you, as not much has changed.  Here's to making this week a better one than last!
