ReplyDeleteI started my workouts last week to loose weight, get in shape and feel better. It's not easy to do when you have thyroid disease. But I am determined. These really look comfortable and I would put them to good use. I would post a pic here but I cannot of my three miles on my treadmill yesterday. It works for me because it's winter and there is no running out side in the ice now.
