When I would do my Fitness Friday post for you each week before, I was calculating from the beginning of my weight loss. I now have a new goal for myself. I need to lose 10 pounds by Valentine's Day. You see, I am meeting up with my dear friends in North Carolina for the weekend and I need to look great and feel even better! So, I have no doubt that with 10 pounds off this body, I'll be feeling fabulous! So............... I'm going to to 2 running tallies. One of all time weight loss and one for my Valentine's Goal!

--GOALS --
Water Bomb -- I have filled my gallon water jug. Each day I need to consume these 128 ounces of water. This may include chugging water like a crazy person who just ran 15 miles at the end of the day, but I will get these ounces of water into my body!
Gym Time -- At LEAST 5 days a week, 40 minutes each visit. I'll be starting the c25k program over AGAIN. This will also serve as an accountability measure for me. ** I finished Week 1, Day 3 today!**
No more Junk -- I'm not going to put dairy, gluten, oranges, bananas, eggs, or any of the other unapproved foods on my list into my mouth. They work against me and they aren't worth it. I also need to ween myself off of sugary products.
With these goals in writing, I think this will help me be more accountable. I've also started a group on Facebook for accountability. Fee free to join us! Just search "More Sweat Less Wiggle Accountability Group"... Request to join and we'll invite you in! Also, I'm participating in a monthly Instagram photo a day challenge!
I'm so excited to share my results with you next week! It's been a really great couple of days and I look forward to turning this into a week then a month and so on!
Good Luck ☺ You will do great!!
