This week has been a little rough when it came to getting to the gym. When schedules don't work out and your children wake in the middle of the night, that makes for a momma that can't make it to the gym.

I was so excited last week about starting Week 3, only to be on week 3 a week later. That's a little discouraging, so I need to make sure I get my booty in the gym this week and get my sweat on! As we enter Week 3 of the year, I need to make sure I'm staying on track. I suppose this is about the time that people start to fall off the exercise wagon.

I'm down 7 pounds!!!! This is fabulous as I have about 4 weeks to meet my goal of -10 pounds! Once I get to this first goal, I will make a new one. I've started to think about if I should go another 10 pounds or 5 pounds. Not sure the increments I'll go, but I'm excited to be forced with this decision.
