  3. My hair is rather pitiful to start with so I don't really have any hair nightmares. I did have a really bad hair day once that was caught on film and still makes my face red - the day after a perm I went on a white water rafting trip and our entire raft was dumped into the water. I came out looking like Little Orphan Annie with a finger in a wall socket...

  9. Tried to highlight my hair at home...it bled and looked terrible and ruined my hair. My worst story though is I did a perm on a woman who had bleached blonde hair, got her a special platinum perm and when I took the rod out, I took her hair out too! I have never seen anything like it. The texture was weird and the hair broke off easier than breaking a piece of cooked spaghetti! Yikes!

  30. My hair nightmare was 15 years ago when my mother tried to highlight my hair. I have brown hair. She proceeded to pull hair through the cap. What I didn't realize is that she was making the holes too big. By the time We were done I had more blonde hair then brown! That was the first and last time I have asked my mom for hair help.
