Fitness Friday (5/16)

This week has mixed feelings.  I was able to get outside more, but my weight loss number does not show that.  I am looking forward to running this evening and continuing with my c25k program.  My endurance is getting better and better as well as the time on my mile.

Saturday: 6.0 miles
Sunday:  REST -- Did yard work.
Monday: 1.34 miles
Tuesday: 2.04 miles 
Wednesday: REST
Thursday: 1.66 miles
Total for the week: 11.04 Miles!

It feels really great to get my miles back up there.  A big part of it was walking about NYC on Saturday.  It was a perfect way to celebrate my Mother's Day with my family and see a FABULOUS city!  I am in love.  I will for sure be back to visit.

Weight one week ago: 223.6 lbs
Weight today: 225.4
Weight Difference: +1.80 lbs

I haven't returned to the Dr yet this month, and I believe I am at a standstill with losing weight.  I seem to be losing and gaining the same 3-5 pounds every few weeks.  There has to be an answer to this, right?  Ugh!!  You mean thyroid!! Fix yourself already!!!

Goals for the week:  
Track calories closely and be aware of what is going in my body.
Stay away from all food intolerances.
Stay away from SUGAR!!
Have only 2 rest days.
