As a mom, it is a rare occasion when I get a few minutes to myself and when I do, I love to sneak in a special treat that is meant for just me! That's where Fairytale Brownies comes into play!
A Little Background
Friends and owners, David and Eileen created a delicious gourmet brownie that is baked with a Dark Belgian Chocolate, Grade AA butter, farm fresh eggs, fluffy cake flour and their touch of magic. Currently, there are 12 flavors available including: Original, Caramel, Chocolate Chip, Cream Cheese, Espresso Nib, Mint Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Pecan, Raspberry Swirl, Toffee Crunch, Walnut and White Chocolate. There are so many different boxes that you're sure to find a mixture of several that you will love! In addition to brownies, they also carry six flavors of cookies and and bars. All of their products are certified kosher! After 20+ years of being in business, I have to say that they are on top of their game with some amazing treats that I simply cannot put down. Once you try one, you will completely understand! It's like heaven, all wrapped up in a cute little package! For Mother's Day, I received the Mother's Day Bar & Brownie Combo. This box includes 6 Fairytale Brownies (1 Caramel, 1 Chocolate Chip, 1 Original, 1 Peanut Butter, 1 Toffee Crunch and 1 Walnut) and 9 Fairytale Bars (2 Chocolate Chip Blondie, 2 Pecan Blondie, 1 Raspberry White Chocolate, 2 Cheesecake Swirl, 1 Cinnamon Crumb and 1 Lemon Blondie).
Out of all of the bars and brownies that I tried, I have to say that the Cheesecake Swirl is my absolute favorite - it pretty much just melts in your mouth!

ReplyDeleteMy mom is a classically trained pianist and the best in my opinion. My favorite thing to this day, is to sit and listen to her amazing talent. She also has always been one of my greatest supporters and listeners.
