Fitness Friday (4/4)

I've taken a few weeks off from doing my Fitness Friday post, but its time to get back to it and make this weight loss happen!  So, since we are somewhat starting over, I am changing the format.






Saturday: 3.0 miles
Sunday: 3.5 miles
Monday: 2.72 miles
Tuesday: 2.68 miles
Wednesday: REST
Thursday: 3.75 miles
Today: REST 
Total for the week:  15.65 Miles!  

Getting back to running this week has felt AMAZING!!!!!  I need to run.  It is such a stress reliever for me.  All those times the kids are hanging on me and I just need a minute, all those times that I am just so fed up with all of the emotions inside me, I just put that into running now and it feels great!


Weight one week ago: 222.0 lbs
Weight today: 221.5 lbs
Weight Difference: -.5 lbs

I think I only saw a little change this week because I have been lifting weights a bit as well as running.  I may have also had too many Starburst.  I look forward to see what number I can show you next week as my body adjusts to the weight lifting and well.... The Starburst are gone.  Here is to having a great week and losing some lbs!
