I love to snack, which is where most of my weight has come into play. But see if I was snacking say on Gourmet Nut On the Go bags then I would not be snacking on those snack cakes, ice cream etc.. So part of turning myself healthy I am adding Gourmet Nut into my life!

So as you can see there is something for everyone! My husbands favorite is the Cajun Hot Mix. He likes the crunchy & spiciness about it! Its not real spicy just enough to give your tongue a little tingle! My favorite is the Antioxidant Mix because I love pecans and of course dark chocolate. I was really surprised to learn that it was gluten free also!
I love popcorn for a snack. I would really love to try their protein mix. It sounds delicious.
