Using Botanicals for my Beauty -- Botanicals for Beauty Review

I am not sure if my turning 30 recently has changed the way I think and notice things, but it seems as though the whole world is worried about getting old.  Women are worried about wrinkles and dark circles.  Men are worried about hair falling out and turning gray.  I am one of these women I am speaking of.  I smile a lot.  A lot of smiling, I'm telling you!  So, I prefer to see these lines on my face as laugh lines.  Maybe my skin is just aging and its time to get serious about my skin.  Lucky for the women of the world, there are companies that make products to help us with these laugh lines.  Botanicals for Beauty is one of those companies!

The majority of the products offered by Botanicals for Beauty are hand crafted in small batches (some as small as 1 ounce at a time).  The original intention was to offer 100% pesticide free (and organic when possible) botanical ingredient based products only.  Due to the popularity and wide variety of fragrance and flavor oils on the market today, exceptions were made to include both flavor and fragrance oils to spice up the products offered.  Thus giving customers a wider variety of choices and having an appeal to more age groups and personality types.

I was given the opportunity to work with Botanical for Beauty's Anti-Aging Facial Cream and French Lavender Relaxing Bath and Body Oil. These products got me super excited because I need these laugh lines to go away, and who doesn't love a nice, relaxing bath?

The Anti Aging Facial Cream is very easy to dip out of the tub. The product goes on smooth. The smell is not over powering. I had a few times where I had to massage the bits of cream into my skin all the way. Overall, this was not a problem. I used this cream on both my face and neck.

If you can get passed the no make on my face, notice the lines around my mouth are not as defined. This product did the job I asked it to do! It left my face moisturized and softened my skin in only 3 short weeks of using it! I did not take before and after pictures of my neck, but as I am on my journey to finding the smaller woman inside of me, I have noticed my neck's wrinkles. This cream helped those wrinkles appear a little more smooth. I wasn't staring at myself in the mirror for 15 minutes every morning anymore, just to see if any new lines had come. I was realizing they were not so noticeable. Thank you, Botanicals for Beauty!

Botanicals for Beauty's French Lavender Relaxing Bath and Body Oil is just that. Very relaxing! Simply add a bit of the oil to your bath water and let you body soak. My skin absorbed the oil with ease. The smell is fantastic. The lavender scent allows you to take a minute from your crazy day and be in the now. As a busy mom, I always need a moment. This bath oil allowed me to find my moment. I should also add that this bath oil did not make my tub too slippery after I drained the water. I have worked with bath oils before where they leave you scrubbing the tub. Not this one, my friends... This fabulous bath and body oil allowed me to stay in my relaxing state, long after my bath was over.

If you are in need of a product to help you relax or smooth out your skin a little, I urge you to look up Botanicals for Beauty. Simply follow the links to their website and Facebook!

  1. Hahahaha... LOL Laugh lines. You are only 30. Of course they are laugh lines. I wish mine could be called laugh lines as well, but I guess I need to accept that mine are wrinkles.
