My December Goals

I woke up this morning with a new attitude about the day.  Since the middle of November I have been in a slump that I just couldn't shake.  Finally today, I think I've kicked it!  The slump was completely emotionally motivated, but I can't let my sadness from missing someone ruin the progress I  have made since June.  So, Here and Now... I am setting myself some goals.  These goals are realistic for me and I plan to reach every one of them.

Weight Loss: 6 lbs gone by January 1, 2014.  This would make my weight 214.
Workout Schedule:  I will workout every day.  This will include a variety of daily challenges on More Sweat Less Wiggle, DVD workouts, or a run if the day is warm enough.
Tracking Food and Exercise:  I will keep track of what I eat and how I move my body on  If you'd like to follow along, my name is ashj3nt.
Updates on my Progress:  I will give you an update every Friday in my Fitness Friday post.

  1. I decided that I was going to use December to do the squat a day challenge.
