Endangered Species Chocolate was born out of a desire to make an impact on the growing number of plant and animal species that are disappearing from Earth. With interests rooted in a deep love of chocolate making, Endangered Species Chocolate set out in 1993 to source natural, ethically traded chocolate as a carrier for an environmental message. Through the crafting of premium, thoughtfully sourced chocolate, Endangered Species Chocolate generates funds for conservation efforts worldwide.
As I showed you in the video, I had a chance to try out 3 flavors of Endangered Species Chocolate. Lately I've been trying to change my palette in favor of dark chocolate. Good thing for me, two of the varieties I worked with were dark chocolate mixed with something delicious!
The dark chocolate varieties are good. Not too bitter, but I do have to say I prefer the Dark Chocolate with Vanilla Chai the best between the two. When I opened the packages, I could smell the added flavors. The aroma made my tummy growl! Yumm! The Milk Chocolate flavor wasn't as sweet as other milk chocolates on the market, but was still really good. These chocolates are smooth and melt in your mouth... Just the way I like my chocolate!
As you can see, Cooper enjoyed the milk chocolate bar quite a bit!
