A Perfect Manicure with Sally Hansen -- Sally Hansen Review

Every girl is in search of the perfect manicure.  I personally love the gel polish manicures you can get at your local salon, so when I saw that Sally Hansen had developed a way for a girl to get a fabulous gel manicure at home for a fraction of the price at a salon, I just had to try it out.

It was in the late 1950s when Sally Hansen, together with her chemist husband, pioneered a nail protection formula called Hard As Nails. Touted as “the nail clinic in a bottle,” Hard As Nails established Sally Hansen as what is now the number one brand of nail care.
From the beginning, Sally Hansen prided itself on producing quality nail care. The philosophy was simple: educate the consumer and develop quality, practical products that were competitively priced and easy to use.
While Hard As Nails continues to be a best seller, Sally Hansen has developed into the leading mega brand of nail treatment and color.

As you can see from my video, the Sally Hansen Salon Gel Polish Kit is so easy to do at home! Simply follow the instructions and you can have a beautiful manicure at home for a fraction of the price that you would pay at the salon. At a price point of around $50 in stores you're saving TONS.  Plus it doesn't take much time.  This kit is a lot faster than others I've tried.  My favorite part about the Sally Hansen Gel Polish Kit is the end result.  My nails are so shiny, pretty, and very smooth.

If you are someone that wants to stick with a regular nail polish, I have a little more info for you!  I had the chance to also try out a few colors of NYC's In a New York Color Minute Quick Dry nail polish.  We were sent the colors Fashion Safari and Sidewalkers.  Fashion Safari is a light pink/tan color.  Sidewalkers is a gray/charcoal color.  Both colors dry with beautiful shine and in just about a minute! The brush applicator is like any other you'd find in a nail polish and is thick enough for just one coat, but the color looks a little better in my opinion after 2 coats.

Any time I get a new polish, Ally like to play around a little.  Since we had 2 colors, she decided she needed some polka dots!

Finding this Salon Gel Polish Kit under my tree or these NYC nail polishes in my stocking would be a fabulous surprise this Christmas!  To learn more about these products look up Sally Hansen and NYC online and on social media!

  6. I used to be so obsesses with nail polish lol my problem is i'm forever doing the dishes at my house so my nail polish doesn't last long. I also do a lot of cooking. I've never had a professional manicure before, does this product last long even when you do a lot of dishes?
