Get WOW'd by WOWBUTTER - Review

Get WOW'd by WOWBUTTER!

These days most schools are making our children bring a doctor note along inside their lunch bags.  Allergies are taking over our world.  Tommy has a peanut allergy. Susie is allergic to gluten. Then you have Joey that is allergic to diary.  As a person that grew up not knowing much about allergies, I didn't notice in school when a child couldn't have something.  My body has changed though.  I recently told you about a gluten intolerance I am fighting.  Finding the "Gluten Free" label on packages has being a game for my family.  If there isn't one, Momma may not get that product!  My intolerance has lead me to the company WOWBUTTER FOODS.

WOWBUTTER is a toasted soy spread that you can feel safe sending to school with your child.  It is 100% Peanut, Nut, Gluten, Dairy and Egg free.  This is a big plus for a mom that has a son that was just diagnosed with a dairy allergy.  You heard me right.  We now have gluten and diary allergies in our home.  Its not been very fun adjusting.

Our innovative WOWBUTTER was designed and developed to protect the millions of kids and adults who suffer from life threatening peanut and nut allergies.   It was also developed to help nourish the hundreds of millions of non-allergic consumers that need healthy food solutions.

WOWBUTTER sends stickers under the label on their jars so you can label your children's lunch!  How ingenious is that?!

When you open your jar of WOWBUTTER, you'll notice the texture is so smooth!  So smooth just like regular peanut butter.  The taste is similar to regular peanut butter as well.  I paired it with some jelly and my children never noticed.

As a mother to a family that loves peanut butter, I love that WOWBUTTER has a product that I can feel comfortable feeding to my family.  Even if you don't have anyone in your family with food allergies.. Take a look at WOWBUTTER.  You might just enjoy it!

A special thank you to WOWBUTTER FOODS for giving Sweet Cheeks and Savings the opportunity to work with them.  We were not monetarily compensated for this review.  All opinions are our own and are 100% honest.

  4. I have never heard of this before but due to allergies we try to stay away for a lot of soy. Nice alternative for someone that doesn't.

  5. I am going to check out the carb and sugar counts when I find this (hopefully) in my supermarket-I am not allergic to nuts of any kind but am always looking for foods low in carbs (I am diabetic) and I happen to love the taste of peanut butter. I also love that they include stickers to put on children's lunches-although I have no children that is very important these days.

  6. I've never heard of this brand before, but I will try it for sure. I usually use sun butter with my kids sandwiches, but it's kind of bland, so this might be a nice change.

  7. If you can't eat peanut butter for some reason, this would be a great way to still enjoy recipes that call for peanut butter.

  9. WOW, it really looks like peanut butter! ;) I have seen this product at Whole Foods and have always wondered if it's as good as the label proclaims that it is. This would also be a great product to use in baking cookies or other goodies to bring to school for your kids, being that there is often at least one child in a class who can't eat peanut butter.

  10. That looks awesome! We so could have used this last year when my kids had another kid in class that was allergic to peanuts! We couldn't do anything with peanut butter. But this would have been awesome to use in its place!

  12. I am so excited that there is a Peanut Butter alternative that is 100% Peanut, Nut, Gluten, Dairy and Egg free. That is so friendly for our kids nowadays. That is an awesome idea that one commenter has on how it can be used as substitutes in recipes for class time that call for peanut butter. It really looks like Peanut Butter, I wouldn't believe it was just soy.

  18. We have used Wowbutter and really enjoy it. Most people don't know much about nutrition. Its good to hear you are not giving dairy to one child. It is easy to find reliable up to date info from such great resources like The Harvard Medical School linking dairy intake to cancer cell growth. I hope you continue learning about something as important as what you feed your children. Nice post!
