Fitness Friday (11/1)

As week 1 is coming to an end, its time to tell you how I'm doing.  The scale is showing no change.  I know what is going on though.  My dr has ordered me to not have diary, eggs or gluten.  When I eat these things my body holds onto anywhere between 2 to 6 extra pounds.  Once the junk has worked its way through my body, the weight falls off and the scale reflects a real number.

Fighting the urge to eat Halloween candy has never been a strong power of mine.  So, of course I ate some chocolate.  But I have had my chocolate and will not have any more!  I feel better when I don't have it.  If it didn't taste so good going in, I'd just leave it alone...  But we all know the deliciousness that is milk chocolate!

So, my number this week remains at 222.  I'm disappointed, but its time to move on and do better in the coming days!

  1. Ashley I am so proud of you! Remember even if you didn't lose any the good thing is that we worked out and drink water all week and did not gain any! The workouts are gonna get harder and we are going to shred these pounds off like nothing (but it will be hard :D) but in the end we are gonna look amazing and we did it together!
